The Metropol-Saunas in Frankfurt and Essen are among the most popular saunas in the Rhine-Main and Ruhr areas. Both large saunas (1.400m² + 2.800m²) are fully equipped and are often visited by an international audience. While the Metropol-Sauna in Essen only opens for exclusive events and has a garden, the Metropol-Sauna in Frankfurt is open daily until 7 in the morning.

Both saunas act as “safe places” and are excellently connected to the public transport network and have plenty of parking spaces. A locker is included in the entrance fee, rooms can be rented. An extensive food and drink menu is at your side when you are hungry or thirsty.
